Mission statement & history
Carl and Ann Dyck opened Dad’s over thirty years ago in the town of Warman. During the past three decades we have grown to become Saskatchewan’s largest organic markets thanks to the hard work of our team members and the amazing people of our province.
Dad’s continues to provide products that we are proud of and know that you will love having in your home. We partner with local producers as well as leading brands across North America to fill our shelves with only the best natural and organic groceries, organic produce, supplements and natural body care.

OPERATIONS DIRECTORAfter four years at Dad’s, Karen has grown with us from a customer service rep to our new operations director. Karen spends her days making sure that every part of our stores are running as best as they can and finding new ways to offer you more products, services and deals to make shopping at Dad’s easier, more fun and more affordable.

Produce ManagerSean arrived in Canada from The Phillippines thirteen years ago and has been at Dad’s for the last eleven of those, making him one of our longest serving team members ever! Despite his undying love of bacon he has been our produce lead for his entire time at the store and we couldn’t imagine anyone else looking after the department. Sean works hard to make sure that you have the very best organic produce to fill your basket with and will always take a minute to chat with you when you come in about anything from the latest new apple variety to what he thought about The Batman. In the summer you’ll see him kayaking on the river or walking along the train bridge with his daughters.

Wellness AdvisorLucia is our Beauty Adviser and Assistant Purchase for our wellness department. She loves to take a little extra time with everyone who visits the store to help answer all of their questions and make sure that they go home with the very best body care and wellness products.

Head Chef & Deli ManagerIf you visit Dad’s on Wednesdays you’ll find Cris smiling from ear to ear and preparing his world famous Pad Thai. Every other moment of the week this sous chef with 15 years of experience creates some of your favourite dishes to take home and enjoy. When he’s at home with his family he loves to take care of his plants and go on bike rides along the river.
